Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head Cauliflower
1 head lettuce (or 2 small pkgs. lettuce)
1 lb. fried Bacon, crumbled (or bacon bits)
1 small red Onion
1 pint Mayonnaise
Preparation

Wash and drain lettuce and cauliflower.
Layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon in large bowl.
Continue to layer ending with lettuce.
Spread mayonnaise over top of last layer of lettuce. Cover and refrigerate overnight or several hours.
Before serving, mix mayonnaise and salad well.
