Microwave Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box light brown sugar
1/2 pt. whipped cream
2 c. whole nuts
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Place sugar and whipped cream in a 5-quart glass casserole bowl. Microwave for 13 minutes.
Remove and add nuts and butter. Mix together, then drop on buttered aluminum foil or waxed paper. You have to work quickly since the mixture becomes firm very fast.
