Fresh Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. or more water
    6 medium fresh tomatoes, peeled and diced
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    pepper
Preparation
    In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook the onion in shortening about 10 minutes. Stir in flour and blend. Add water and other ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes. Serves 4.
