Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh peaches, sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. almond extract (may need a little more)
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    6 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Butter a 10 x 6-inch baking dish. Place peaches on bottom. Sprinkle with lemon juice and almond extract. Sift together dry ingredients. Add egg and mix with fork or hands until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
