Berries In A Cloud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 beaten egg yolks
Preparation
    Lemon Mousse:
    In saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch; add water, lemon peel and lemon juice.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
    Gradually stir hot mixture into egg yolks; return to saucepan.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 minutes more.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool slightly, then cover and chill.
    Beat 1 cup whipping cream to soft peaks, fold 1/2 cup into lemon mixture.
    Fold lemon mixture into remaining cream.
