Italian Sausage Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground Italian sausage
    2 medium tomatoes
    2 medium onions
    2 medium green peppers
    2 4.5 oz. cans green chili peppers chopped
    1 8 oz. cream cheese
    1 16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Set aside.
    Chop veggies.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in crock pot.
    Cook on high 2 1/2- 3 hours.
    Lower to simmer.
    Cook until the veggies are tender.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
