Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium peppers
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
Preparation
    Halve green peppers lengthwise.
    Remove seeds and wash. Lightly mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
    Pile into pepper halves.
    Arrange in a baking dish and pour remaining tomato sauce into dish over peppers.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
