Golfer'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken quarters
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    1 small bottle red Russian dressing
    8 oz. apricot jam
Preparation
    Wash the chicken and pat dry.
    Overlap slightly in baking dish. Mix the Lipton onion soup mix, Russian dressing and apricot jam. Stir until mixed well and not lumpy.
    Put 1 tablespoon of mixture on each piece of chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or at 225\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours (while playing golf).
