Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Italian sausages
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 c. zucchini, sliced
1 medium onion, slivered
1 small tub fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. minced garlic
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pt. heavy cream
4 oz. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook sliced sausage in frypan with onion, mushrooms, garlic and olive oil.
Fry meat until cooked.
Add broccoli and zucchini; cook until soft.
Drain off excess grease.
Cook thin spaghetti as directed on package.
Drain.
Add meat mix to vegetable mix with spaghetti and mix well.
Add salt, pepper and more cheese to top off.
