Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
2 c. shrimp, cooked and peeled
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can green peas with liquid
dash of black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
11 3/8 oz. pkg. green onion dip mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing, crumbled not cubed
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except stuffing and butter.
Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Stir dressing in melted butter and sprinkle over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cover casserole dish for a few minutes before serving.
Serves four.
