Brandied Cranberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. to 1/4 c. brandy
Preparation
    Wash cranberries and discard any unacceptable cranberries. Combine cranberries and sugar in a 13 X 9 inch Pyrex dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until cranberries take on a \"candied\" appearance. Allow to cool. Add brandy to baked cranberries and stir. Store in a sealed container in refrigerator. Great as a relish or use as a topping on a dessert.
