Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. oil
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or buttermilk
    1 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    together
    and pour in hot greased skillet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
