Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked)
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Place peanut butter in mixing bowl and add syrup slowly. Blend eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Stir until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Fold in pecans and pour into pie crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes; reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes more or until custard forms.
Serve with whipped cream when cooled.
