Ritz Cracker Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped in big chunks
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tsp. poppy seed
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Put cut up chicken in bottom of casserole dish (9 x 13-inch). Combine soup and sour cream; cover chicken.
Crush crackers, mix with poppy seed and sprinkle over soup mixture. Drizzle with melted butter (oleo).
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Watch very closely as Ritz crackers may burn.
Serves 6 to 8.
