Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c, raisins
    1 c, sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until plump, drain.
    Mix dry ingredients, set aside.
    In boiler beat egg yolks and add sour cream and stir together well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat until thick stirring constantly.
    Pour filling into a cooked crust.
    Top with meringue.
