Maple Pecan Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. pure maple syrup
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. oil or melted margarine
1 pt. strawberries, hulled and quartered
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl, stir together eggs, maple syrup and honey.
Add oil or melted butter, strawberries, milk and vanilla and mix well.
