Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 medium size head cabbage, shredded
dash of salt
Preparation

Add the shredded cabbage and dash of salt in a large salad bowl.
In a small jar, mix the milk, lemon juice, sugar and mayonnaise.
Stir until well blended.
Add to the shredded cabbage.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
