Sweet Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced onions
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
chopped parsley (for garnish)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Saute the onions in butter.
Arrange in the bottom of the pie shell.
Combine milk, sour cream, flour and salt.
Add to beaten eggs and mix well.
Pour over onions and bake 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with bacon and parsley.
Let set 10 minutes before cutting into 6 to 8 wedges.
