Chicken Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 whole chicken breasts
    1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    6 (12 inch) or 12 (6 inch) flour tortillas
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. chili powder
    picante sauce, sour cream, guacamole (optional)
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts in water seasoned with salt and pepper to taste until done; skin and debone. Chip up meat.
    Melt butter; brush each tortilla with butter. Layer each tortilla with chicken, chili powder, cheese and green chilies. Fold over and brush with butter. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 3 or 5 minutes or until light brown. Serve with picante sauce, sour cream or guacamole.
