Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together margarine and cornstarch.
    Add eggs and beat. Add vanilla and stir in milk and coconut.
    Bake in unbaked pie shell for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
