Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
1 tsp. baking powder
Crisco
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
Beat eggs with milk. Add 1 tablespoon melted Crisco and corn.
Combine the two mixtures lightly.
Drop from a teaspoon into hot Crisco.
Fry until brown and cooked in center.
Drain.
