Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins or dates
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar; mix in other ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
