Aunt Shirley'S Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburg
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    sliced potatoes (raw)
    sliced carrots (raw)
    sliced onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 to 1 1/2 soup cans milk
Preparation
    Brown hamburg; drain off fat.
    Pour cans of soup over hamburg and mix.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Layer hamburg, carrots, onions and potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Repeat.
    Top with hamburg mixture.
    Pour milk over and add little water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Absolutely delicious!
