Bradshaw'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes
1 cube butter
purple onion
seasoned salt
pepper
Preparation

Tear off large amount of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Butter foil except for about 1-inch around edges.
Scrub and slice potatoes (skins and all), about 1/4-inch thick onto one side of foil. (Make whatever amount you desire.)
Sprinkle potatoes with good amount of seasoned salt.
Sprinkle with some pepper.
Top with sliced onion (your desired amount) and chunks of butter all over. Fold foil over potatoes and fold edges several times real tight. Cook on barbecue 15 to 20 minutes on each side.
