Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 bunch broccoli
    3 potatoes, diced
    1 c. carrots, grated
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. water
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook together water and all the vegetables, except the parsley.
    In another pan, cook over very low heat the milk, cheese and parsley.
    When vegetables are done, pour melted cheese mixture over the vegetables.
    Do not drain any water off vegetables.
    Mix well and serve.
    Serves 6 to 9 people easily.
