Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes or pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. sugar (honey)
    3 eggs
    4 c. water
    1/3 c. oil or fat
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups water, sugar, eggs and sugar (honey) in a blender. Add other 2 cups water and flour to make batter.
    Let set 30 minutes.
    Add oil or fat and salt.
    Knead until smooth.
    Place in a greased bowl and let rise until double.
    Punch down.
    Let rise again.
    Make into loaves.
    Makes 4 medium loaves.
    When doubled, bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 40 minutes.
