Sweet And Sour Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, cut in quarters
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Boil cabbage in salt water.
    When done, pour off all but one cup of water.
    Add remaining ingredients to make a thickening. Serve hot; also good reheated.
