G??? D??? Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. goose breast, cubed
    1 lb. duck breast, cubed
    1 onion, sliced
    4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    3 carrots, peeled and cut into strips
    3 stalks celery (and leaves), chopped
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef bouillon
Preparation
    You may use all duck or all goose. Venison, beef or chicken can be used.
