Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 lb.) roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
2 to 3 carrots, quartered
4 to 5 medium white potatoes, quartered
Preparation

Place roast in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Pour mushroom soup on top of roast (undiluted).
Sprinkle with onion soup.
Place carrots on top.
Pot potatoes around roast.
Fasten foil tightly.
Place in uncovered roasting pan.
Roast 4 hours at 225\u00b0 to 250\u00b0.
