Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar together; add molasses and egg. Combine flour, soda and spices that have been mixed together. Roll into small balls; dip in sugar.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 to 18 minutes at 350\u00b0.
