Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. squash, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. butter (reserve some for bread crumbs)
Preparation
    Cook squash in boiling water or steam, then drain. Mix with rest of ingredients. Put in casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
