Stew Meat Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut in small pieces
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 soup can water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat in a little oil.
    Throw in a crock-pot; stir in soup, water and onion soup mix.
    Cook on high from 9:00 to 3:00 p.m., then turn down to low.
    Stir in sour cream 15 minutes before serving.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
