Tortilla Soup (Spicy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 lb. stew meat (optional)
    14 oz. Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1 can beef broth
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Saute first five ingredients.
    Add the rest and simmer 50 minutes.
    Serve over corn chip strips.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
