Peg'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cans undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 jar Cheez Whiz or 6 to 8 oz. Velveeta cheese melted in top of double boiler with a little milk
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 large pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    salt and pepper
    1 to 2 c. ham, tuna, chicken or turkey (optional)
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Saute the celery and onion in the margarine in a large electric skillet.
    Add all the other ingredients and blend well. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased baking dish.
    Top with seasoned crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, adding French fried onions on top for last 10 minutes.
