Islander Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 pod large garlic
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    3 to 4 dashes bitters (aromatic)
    generous pinch Jamaican ginger
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 to 2 chickens, cut up
Preparation
    Pour smoke over chicken parts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Serve over rice of choice.
