Cheese Herb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 pinch thyme
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. honey
3/4 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease an 8-inch round cake pan (or a giant foil salad container).
Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor.
Cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs, using the food processor blade.
In another bowl beat the eggs, honey, milk and cheese with a fork just until blended.
Stir liquid into dry ingredients just until mixed.
Pour into pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly.
Cool in the pan.
Cut into 12 wedges or into strips.
