Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. orange Jell-O (regular or sugar-free)
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet (2 c.)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add sherbet; cool until partially set.
Fold in oranges and pineapple; turn into mold or deep dish.
Refrigerate until set before serving.
