Italian Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. oil
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken breast, bone side up, between 2 pieces of waxed paper.
    Working from center, gently pound chicken until about 1/4-inch thick.
    Repeat with 3 remaining pieces.
