Fresh Apple Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine in large bowl the first 5 ingredients.
In separate bowl, combine the next 3 ingredients.
Mix bowls together well. Add vanilla.
Grease and flour a tube pan.
Place cake in cold oven to bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
