Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cut in halves
2 1/2 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
chopped celery
chopped carrots
chopped green onions
Preparation
-
Butter skillet; salt and pepper chicken.
Place in skillet. Dot with butter.
Put chopped onions, celery and carrots on top of chicken.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 30 more minutes.
Good with rice.
