Low-Fat Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1 scant c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Put the ingredients into blender.
    Put the lemon juice in last. Bake for 50 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Use a graham cracker crust; don't overbake.
