Baked Wild Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 wild turkey, dressed
    salt and pepper
    bread ends
    butter
    boiling water
    2 to 3 boxes Kellogg's Croutettes (depending on size of turkey)
    1/4 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Pat turkey dry with paper towel.
    Salt and pepper inside the body and neck cavities.
    Mix croutettes, onions, celery and butter as listed on package.
    Saute onions and celery in butter.
    Add mushrooms and heat.
    Add to croutettes in a large bowl.
    Toss until coated.
    Add boiling water; mix.
    Add enough to make it stick. Pack into body and neck cavities.
    Use bread ends to hold stuffing in.
    Place turkey in lightly greased roasting pan, breast up. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
    Put on lid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
    Don't overbake (1 hour for small or 2 1/2 hours for large).
