Beef Tips In Mushroom And Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cubed
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 to 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/4 c. red wine
    1/4 c. sherry
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Salt and pepper cubed steak and saute in butter.
    Add garlic, onion and mushrooms and saute until done.
    Add sherry and red wine; simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Thicken with a flour paste.
