Beef And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. raw rice
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 cans chicken-rice soup
    2 cans water
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions, celery and green pepper.
    Scald rice in boiling water for 10 minutes; rinse in cold water.
    Combine with meat mixture and add soups, water and soy sauce.
    Mixture will seem watery, but will thicken as it bakes.
    Bake 2 hours and 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Omit scalding if using Minute rice.
    Yields 12 servings.
