Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Sift flour and next 4 ingredients and sift again.
    Set aside. Combine oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each egg.
    Add dry ingredients slowly.
    Blend well.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Blend well.
    Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan or three well-greased 8-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Frost when cake has cooled.
