Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. canned salmon
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 small onion, sauteed in butter
    1/2 c. hot milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat milk; add to bread crumbs.
    Add all other ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased casserole or loaf pan 45 minutes to 1 hour.
