Chocolate Cherry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour (self-rising)
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
21 oz. jar cherry pie filling
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
Stir in cherry pie filling, chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour into tube pan which removes from pan.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar, if desired.
