Chili(For 25 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chili blend or powder
    1/2 c. paprika
    1/3 c. comino (cumin)
    2 Tbsp. powdered garlic
    1 tsp. red pepper
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 chopped onions
    2 c. flour
    2 c. water
    10 lb. chili meat
Preparation
    Put meat and water in covered pot with chopped onions.
    Let cook until tender, then add chili powder, paprika, cumin, red pepper, salt and garlic.
    Let cook 5 minutes, then turn the heat down and add flour.
    Let cook 5 minutes longer, then place in pan to mold.
    The chili must be hard to cut in blocks.
