Spinach Bake(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. vegetable liquid (add more if needed)
    1/2 Tbsp. celery salt
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 pinch red pepper
Preparation
    After cooking spinach, drain and reserve liquid.
    Melt butter; add flour, then onion.
    Add evaporated milk and some liquid slowly.
    Stir constantly until smooth and thick; add seasoning. Cut up cheese and melt.
    After melted, add spinach; put into casserole and cover with buttered bread crumbs.
    Improves taste by making a day ahead.
    Can be frozen.
