Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes
1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Jack or Swiss)
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Fry sausage until brown. Drain off fat. Separate the crescent rolls and place pieces into ungreased pizza pan, putting points toward center. Push up edges to form crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle potatoes on top. Cover with shredded cheese. In bowl, beat together eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Pour over crust and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
